Project Management Support - RA Profits Inc. 

Currently project managing the web-based version of the Late Fee Manager app on the Xero platform. Project is in the test phase with expected release August 1, 2013.

Project managed the development of the desktop version of Late Fee Manager for Quickbook users. The Late Fee Manager app can be integrated into the Quickbooks software to manage late and service fees on accounts receivables not paid. PM responsibilities included:

  • Developed the functional requirements for the software
  • Defined the workflow schematics for information flow
  • Designed the usability layout and input field screenshots for data input
  • Managed the project plan up to the build phase
  • Participated in the beta test, documenting error/fix reports
  • Developed product description and announcement content for product release

 

Website Development - Site for self-published authors, first publication "Well-being Stewardship"
